REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is an ancient healing practice that activates pressure points on the body - primarily on the feet - to stimulate every organ and system in the body to help normalize bodily functions and kick start the body’s own healing mechanisms.

These pressure points also open up the flow of energy through the reflexology meridians creating greater balance in the body's energy systems and increasing a sense of well being.

Reflexology induces deep relaxation as it calms the nervous system allowing for the body to enter its rest and repair state.

Reflexology is also known to:

  • powerfully release muscle tension

  • boost immune system

  • increase circulation

  • assist the body in detoxifying

  • alleviate symptoms of chronic and acute conditions

and more...

What happens in a session?

Your Reflexology and Deep Relaxation Package experience starts with s short dip in the foot bath to clean and sooth the feet and start the process of relaxation.

You then settle in a comfortable position on the massage table in a relaxing atmosphere with only the socks removed. Various pressure techniques are applied to all parts of both feet to stimulate all the reflexes.

You are encouraged to close your eyes and deeply rest during the session rather than engage in conversation to allow for maximum relaxation and openness.
